Il possède une expérience significative dans le secteur alimentaire, en relation avec des organisations qui sont confrontées à un niveau élevé de réglementation provinciale/fédérale et celles qui cherchent à remettre en question les régimes réglementaires en vertu desquels les aliments sont produits et vendus en Ontario et au Canada. Il compte parmi ses clients des start-ups, des organisations à but non lucratif, des PME, des gouvernements et des multinationales. Glenford a une grande expérience du droit des affaires en ce qui concerne les questions transactionnelles et commerciales, qui impliquent généralement une certaine complexité réglementaire.

Glenford a enseigné le droit alimentaire canadien et la réglementation à la faculté de droit de l'université de l'État du Michigan, dans le cadre de leur programme de droit alimentaire mondial. Il est intervenu dans des écoles de droit et des conférences du monde entier sur la législation alimentaire canadienne, les accords commerciaux, les organismes de certification privés, l'harmonisation, les mesures d'application, la fraude et d'autres questions liées à l'alimentation et au droit.

Glenford est particulièrement intéressé par les problèmes créés par l'intersection de l'alimentation, de la technologie et de la réglementation et il met cette passion au service de sa pratique, en trouvant des solutions aux problèmes juridiques rencontrés par ses clients.

Avant de fonder G.S. Jameson & Company, Glenford a travaillé dans un important cabinet d'avocats d'affaires de taille moyenne à Toronto.
